Denis Pearson 1868 - 1888 Confrater Denis of the Purification Pearson: copy of note in the Liber Defunctorum preserved in the Central Archives, Mount Argus. Death of Conf. Denis - in the world called Basil Pearson, was born in our Parish in Highgate. He went to our Novitiate following his studying with the Jesuits. He put in a year in the Novitiate and was looked upon as a most pious and exemplary novice. He lived but a few months after his profession before he passed to a better world
