Ignatius McElligott, C.P. Born: October 12, 1916. Professed: June 6, 1934. Ordained: April 28, 1945. Died: July 29, 2002. Your charitable prayers and remembrances are requested for the repose of the soul of Fr Ignatius, who died on Monday while in the care of the Poor Sisters of Nazareth, at their Nursing Home, London Road, Cheltenham. R.1.P. The Requiem Mass for the repose of his soul will be held in St Saviour’s Church Leamington Road, Broadway, Hereford and Worcester at 11.30.a.m. on Monday the 5th of August 2002. Interment will follow immediately in the church cemetery.
